RAW creations...

The picture of the delicious smoothie on top was made with the ingredients shown here accept for the strawberries who didn't show up for picture taking :)

You can add just about any kind of fruits to your smoothie and anything RAW you think you might like in it. Make sure your almonds have soaked in filtered water for a least 4 hours (this hepls with the absorbtion of the nutrients in your body) before blending them with some water and RAW honey or Agave.

The MOST important thing is have FUN! :)
